• Personnel planning and recruitment
• Restructure and modernise all HR processes in the hotel
• Create customised training and development programmes
• Monitor and manage all personnel-related processes
• Support the payroll department with payroll accounting
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to motivate and retain staff
• Serve as a trusted advisor and a neutral, solutions-driven point of contact.
• Relying on a solid network within the 5-star hospitality sector

• Experience in human resources
• Leadership skills
