Morphological analysis

During your medical history consultation, which includes a derma scan, our certified therapists will determine your morphological type and analyse any skin changes, anomalies, and physical and psychological imbalances. Based on this comprehensive assessment, the team creates a unique treatment plan for you, incorporating personalised serums. Our treatments blend Asian and European therapeutic massage techniques, effectively stimulating blood and lymphatic flow as well as muscle function. The detox treatments are designed to enhance your body’s natural detoxification processes, eliminate toxins, and boost blood flow. This holistic approach helps restore your body’s balance, improving nutrient and oxygen absorption in the cells and visibly reducing the signs of ageing.

The four basic types

The nervous type

Morphological characteristics

  • Face: triangular with a broad forehead and thin, narrow lips with drooping lines

  • Build: long and slender with narrow, thin shoulders, a long, narrow upper body with little or no waist, and a narrow pelvis, as well as long, thin legs. The musculature is often underdeveloped and narrow, and the bone structure is thin. The skin of the nervous type is pale yellow and feels cold and dry to the touch.

  • Personality: The nervous type thinks abstractly, is independent, intuitive, dynamic, and stable and has a quick grasp of things. At the same time, they tend to be nervous, subjective, irrational, critical, impatient, irritable, anxious, blunt, and cynical.

The bilious type

Morphological characteristics

  • Face: square, with fine, narrow lips with medium lines

  • Build: balanced appearance with medium bone structure and well-defined musculature, broad, square, straight shoulders, narrow, well-proportioned waist and chest, and well-formed pelvis (narrower than the shoulders). The skin of the bilious type is yellow to olive and is warm and dry to the touch.

  • Personality: The bilious type is dynamic, practically orientated, objective, and controlled, and works precisely, methodically, and ambitiously. At the same time, they are dry, often harsh, stubborn, authoritative, impatient, uncompromising, and authoritarian, and prone to emotional outbursts.

The sanguine type

Morphological characteristics

  • Face: oval/hexagonal with thick, red lips with a broad lip line

  • Build: robust and firm with broad, solid bone structure and firm, rounded musculature, broad, slightly sloping shoulders, and a broad, square upper body, which is more pronounced than the lower body. The chest is round, full, and well-developed, and the pelvis is broad and slopes forward. The skin of the sanguine type is pink, warm, and moist.

  • Personality: The sanguine type is a dynamic optimist who often seeks confirmation and recognition. They are concrete, independent, lively, passionate, sociable, and imaginative but also decisive, impatient, impulsive, and restless.

The lymphatic type

Morphological characteristics

  • Face: round with soft, pale lips and a downturned mouth

  • Build: plump and round with a large bone structure and barely noticeable musculature, often concealed by water retention and body fat. The large pelvis also tends to accumulate fluid. The shoulders are narrow and drooping, the upper body is large, short, and lacks a waist, and the chest is well developed and tends to sag. The skin of the lymphatic type is iridescent white and feels cold and clammy to the touch.

  • Personality: The lymphatic type likes to be concrete, is practically orientated, and has a strong sense of community. They are very adaptable, very stable, calm, patient, and methodical. At the same time, however, they are also passive, slow, indecisive, and often suspicious. Often a traditionalist, the lymphatic type resists change.
