Here’s what your role at Jagdhof will entail:
Your tasks:
- Preparation and organisation of all dishes.
- Mise en place management and responsible oversight of your station.
- High-quality preparation and plating of menu components.
- Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards.
- Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory.
- Ordering in consultation with the head chef.
- Support the kitchen brigade with all necessary tasks.
What you bring:
- Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
- A positive and engaging presence
- Experience in high-end hospitality is an advantage
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
