Here’s what your role at Jagdhof will entail:
- Develop sales strategies and key performance metrics
- Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Manage pricing and revenue optimisation
- Regularly create reports for management incl. revenue forecasts
- Analyse market trends, guest demand, and competitors
- Monitor and analyse the performance of sales channels
- Create and execute dynamic pricing strategies
- Evaluate guest loyalty and develop strategies to maximise guest lifetime value
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems
- Work closely with marketing, reservations, and management teams
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs and events
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with proven success in increasing revenue, preferably in the upscale hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English, with additional foreign languages being an advantage
- Understanding of digital sales channels
- Strategic thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Intercultural competence
