Wanted: a sales strategist passionate about guests, numbers, and trends  

Here’s what your role at Jagdhof will entail: 

  • Develop sales strategies and key performance metrics
  • Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Manage pricing and revenue optimisation
  • Regularly create reports for management incl. revenue forecasts
  • Analyse market trends, guest demand, and competitors
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of sales channels
  • Create and execute dynamic pricing strategies 
  • Evaluate guest loyalty and develop strategies to maximise guest lifetime value
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems
  • Work closely with marketing, reservations, and management teams
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs and events

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with proven success in increasing revenue, preferably in the upscale hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional foreign languages being an advantage
  • Understanding of digital sales channels
  • Strategic thinking
  • Negotiation skills
  • Intercultural competence
