Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

  • Prepare and cook all dishes
  • Organise the mise en place and responsibly manage your station
  • Produce and serve the corresponding menu components to a high standard
  • Maintain high quality standards and adhere to HACCP hygiene regulations
  • Handle goods and kitchen inventory carefully
  • Place orders in consultation with head chef
  • Support the cuisine team in various tasks as needed

  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
