Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- Prepare and cook all dishes
- Organise the mise en place and responsibly manage your station
- Produce and serve the corresponding menu components to a high standard
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to HACCP hygiene regulations
- Handle goods and kitchen inventory carefully
- Place orders in consultation with head chef
- Support the cuisine team in various tasks as needed

- Experience in high-end hospitality
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant training is advantageous
