These are your tasks:

  • Coordination and management of the housekeeping department
  • Creation of duty rostersLooking after our discerning national and international guests
  • Carrying out the necessary preparatory tasks on the floors, such as replenishing cleaning products, guest items and fresh linen
  • Departure and arrival checks as well as checking the guest rooms, including checking the minibar
  • Responsibility for tidiness and cleanliness in our guest rooms, on the floors, in the public areas of the hotel and the entire wellness area
  • Responsibility for the hotel's own laundry
  • Checking the cleanliness of our staff houses
  • Staff training and induction
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
  • Close cooperation and communication with reception and all other departments
  • Checking all cleaning equipment and work materials

  • Several years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably in upscale catering
  • High level of teamwork, independence and commitment
  • Positive and winning charisma
  • Experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Resilient, stress-resistant and flexible
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Language skills in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Completed training is an advantage
