Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- Coordinate and manage a specific dining section
- Deliver professional, high-quality service
- Look after guests during breakfast and dinner
- Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations
- Prepare and manage the necessary mise en place
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and sales skills
- Accurately handle order entries and cash register operations
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to HACCP hygiene regulations
- Support the service team in various tasks as needed

- Experience in high-end hospitality
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus
