Here’s what your role at Jagdhof will entail:

  • Preparation and cooking of all dishes at Hubertusstube
  • Mise en place management and responsible oversight of your station
  • High-quality preparation and plating of menu components
  • Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards
  • Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory

What you bring:

  • Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
  • A positive and engaging presence
  • Experience in high-end hospitality is an advantage
  • Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
  • Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
  • Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
