Barkeeper (m/f/d)

Here’s what your role at Jagdhof will entail: 
Your tasks: 

• Prepare work areas for daily operation
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the bar and restaurant
• Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee and hot beverages, in the afternoon
• Oversee the cake buffet presentation and availability
• Take orders during lunch (à la carte)
• Serve food and drinks with a friendly and attentive approach
• Mix and serve cocktails and other beverages, based on recipes or guest requests
• Advise guests on drink selections
• Manage or assist your assigned station in evening bar service (half board)
• Handle billing and cashier duties
• Clean work areas, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene standards
• estock supplies and prepare for the following day’s service
• Assist with events and special occasions

Your profile:

• Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
• A positive and engaging presence
• Experience in high-end hospitality is an advantage
• Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
• A well-groomed appearance
• Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
• Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
• Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
